Controller Box PTEL-H03
The PTEL-H03 stands for Obstruction Light Controller used to control OB lights and Perimeter Lights.
The PTEL-H03 is specifically designed to control and manages alarm for LED Type OB lights and Perimeter lighting fixtures. The current capacity is 3 poles suitable for 3 Lights (Maximum 15 Lights).
The PTEL-H03 uses digital programmable photo control that a build-in photo cell switch is incorporated to provide switch “ON” of the OB and Perimeter lights during night or extreme weather and cloudy conditions at day time.

Principle of Operation
The CONTROLLER is simple to operate. Once the mechanical and electrical requirements are met it will operate automatically without any human intervention using a fixed duration photo switch.
The CONTROLLER has 3 output sections which are powerful and suitable for both OB lights and Perimeter lights. And the outgoing circuits to the OB lights that goes up the telecommunication tower antenna and the perimeter lightings are protected through an internal circuit breaker.
Mode AT: Automatic Operation (Normal Use)
In this mode, the switching operation of the OB and Perimeter lights are performed automatically by photo switch. In this operation the lighting fixture will turn-ON automatically through photo switch. During night, extreme cloudy condition, total eclipse or rainy/stormy season, the photo
switch automatically turn-ON the OB and Perimeter light.
Mode MT: Manual Operation(For Test or Emergency)
A manual bypass switch is provided in the CONTROLLER for the purpose of manual operation and/or maintenance of the system. The switch will manually provide power to the OB Lights and Perimeter Lights form the AC panel board, regardless of the photo switch position.
Alarm Function
A dedicated alarm module is incorporated inside the PTEL-H03 CONTROLLER cabinet.
The alarm is triggered when OB light is faulty or not working.
The alarm output of the PTEL-H03 CONTROLLER are dry contact relay, NO-C-NC for monitor system. The coil of the relay is normally nergized when there is no alarm and de-energized when an alarm is triggered. 3 alarm switches are used to enable/disable alarm function.
